Built by the Woolworth family in the early 60’s, Birdie ‘ill Villa is described as Jamaican Colonial Architecture with a French flair. Birdie ‘ill Villa formerly named Pixie Hill, is located on 5 acres of lush gardens and pathways overlooking the ocean. The likes of Vogue, German Bunte, Town & Country and Gourmet Magazine are just some of the medium used to feature this spectacular and elegant villa. It also commands the best views of San San Beach and Alligator Head. From the pool area,the most beautiful gardens with rolling green grass slopes down toward  trails and pathways leading to the secret gardens and romantic spots.

The villa has 4 elegant bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a powder room. The spacious living room and dining room are tiled with beautiful Jamaican marble and add an extra special flair . Several intimate balconies overlooking the spectacular views make it perfect for romantic dining or sunset cocktails. Enjoy formal dining in the octagonal dining room and thrill your palate with exquisite dishes prepared by our highly trained chef and served by our most charming butler.

The yoga room and the reading room below open onto the 9ft deep pool which wraps around the villa in a semi circle below the balconies and dining room.
